We're growing all sorts of great salad ingredients. Our Rouge D'Hiver (Winter Red) lettuce is tender and delicious. Yao Choy is a relative of kale and broccoli and goes great in salads or stir-frys. Pea vines have all the taste of a snap pea and can be used fresh or in stir-frys as well.
In addition, we have a wide assortment of radishes bunched and ready to go.
